Weather Policy

All Verse Athletics outdoor programs, training sessions, camps, and events will operate in rain and other moderate weather conditions unless conditions are determined to be unsafe.

In the event of lightning, thunder, or any other severe weather condition, all participants, coaches, and staff must immediately leave the field or outdoor activity area and move to a designated indoor space or safe shelter, if available. Programming will be paused until it is safe to resume.

If a weather delay occurs, the affected session or event may be shortened, modified, or cancelled in order to comply with facility schedules, permit times, and operational limitations. Verse Athletics will make reasonable efforts to continue programming whenever safely possible.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for the remainder of the session, event, or day, Verse Athletics reserves the right to cancel programming at its discretion. Decisions will be made with participant safety as the top priority.

Please note that Verse Athletics maintains a no-refund policy for weather-related interruptions or cancellations, as facility rentals, staffing, equipment, and other operating costs are typically non-refundable. However, if Verse Athletics is able to recover any portion of these costs from a facility, vendor, or other source, refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of Verse Athletics as a gesture of good faith.

By registering for any outdoor Verse Athletics program or event, participants and families acknowledge and accept this weather policy.
