Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify Verse Athletics in writing (email to admin@verseathletics.ca) at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, appointment, camp, or class start time. Cancellations received within 48 hours will not be refunded. —no exceptions except documented medical emergencies with a doctor's note (subject to review).​ Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Full refunds (100%) apply only to cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session, processed within 10 business days via original payment method minus any payment processor fees. No partial refunds, credits, or transfers for late cancellations, no-shows, or after session start.​

Exceptions and Procedures

• Medical Emergencies: Possible pro-rated refund or single makeup session with proof; decide case-by-case.

• Group Sessions/Camps: Same 48 hour rule per participant; group minimums may apply.​​
