5 Week Speed Program at Bison's Alumni Field for Grades 9-13

Session Description
Verse Athletics is proud to announce our first Speed Training Program at Bisons Alumni Field (280 N Park St.) in Brantford. This 5-session program is designed to help athletes develop speed, agility, and movement technique in a structured, high-performance environment. Our coaching staff includes current and former OUA Track and Field athletes, along with other experienced OUA athletes who understand what it takes to build game-changing speed. Sessions will take place every Monday from June 29th to July 27th, for a total of 5 sessions. Schedule: Grades 9–13: 6:00 PM −8:00 PM Each session will begin with a warm-up right at the hour. Athletes will then move into technical training focused on sprint form and movement efficiency. From there, they’ll progress into high-intensity reps where effort, focus, and urgency are emphasized.
