Session Description

Rise & Grind Training is Verse Athletics’ 6-week elite program designed for Gr 11-12+ and up who are looking to take their game to the next level. Each session targets in-game skills, footwork, technique and speed work. With highly coached reps and progressions week to week. Emphasis areas include: WR/Skill: releases, route tempo, breaks at speed, separation, catching mechanics, contested-catch situations. DB: stance/start, backpedal and transitions, leverage and eyes, man/zone technique, break-and-finish on the ball. QB: footwork and drops, timing, throwing mechanics, pocket movement, throwing on rhythm to route concepts. Competitive reps: 1-on-1s, timing periods, situational work to apply skills under pressure. PROGRAM DETAILS Date: Recurring Fridays, 2026. Starting (list the dates here) for 6 weeks. Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM Location: Sharksports Co, 401 New Dundee Rd, Kitchener, N2P 2N8, CA, ITINERARY Warm up - 10 minutes Indy - 35 minutes 1 v 1 - 25 minutes Closing/ Breakdown - 5 minutes WHAT TO BRING Water bottle Cleats Shorts WHO IT'S FOR This is for football athletes in skill positions who want high-quality coaching, fast-paced reps, and a consistent early-morning routine that carries into practices, camps, and game day. WHAT TO EXPECT Sessions are structured, detail-heavy, and rep-driven: warm-up → position-specific technique → competitive application. Athletes leave with cleaner mechanics, better timing, and skills that translate directly to the field. Refunds & Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Participation & Liability: All participants acknowledge that football training involves physical activity and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury. By participating, you agree to waive all liability against the coach, facility, and affiliates for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training sessions. It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian) to ensure they are physically fit and cleared for athletic activity.
